Reunion: Meg and I moved from Alabama to Pittsburgh in 2006,
bringing with us 2 dogs and about 12 people from our
research groups. We are having a grand time in the new town,
are settling into new jobs at Pitt and getting a biotech
startup underway. Moving North was less of a shock than
expected, especially after 30 yr in the deep south, and
SoCal before that. We are renovating a 100 yr old house and
are finding lots of great roads and trails for cycling. We
still have fond memories of the reunion, and had a great
time seeing and catching up with buddies such as Debbie
Coghlin, Cathy Blakemore (with Pacific Park's famous Wild
Bill Wild!), Wak Kani, Gloria Dunn, John Selling.....and saw
Mark Taylor one day not long ago, when flying on Delta - he
was the pilot! Please stay in touch, old friends!
