Crescenta
Valley High School'sGlendale-Online has helped us get CV its own piece of cyber "real estate" in the form of a proper web site address. The address is www.cvfalcon.com. For those of you that have this site bookmarked, please update it.
Three people now handle the pages. If you haven't sent in a picture of you for what you look like NOW (O.K., laugh if you want, class of 2004; it will happen to you too, if you're lucky enough to live as long as we have), you can either ATTACH it to an Email to the pagemaster for your year (below). Please, oh please, DO NOT SEND BMP OR TIF FILES! They are needlessly huge. We have to change them to JPG files anyway so please send them in that format. Also, make sure you identify yourself by your graduation name and year. Don't just send a file labled "me.bmp" or "scan01.jpg". We handle hundreds of files each week and can't read minds. Or, if you are without scanner or digital camera, send a photo with a stamped self-addressed envelope to Richard Adams and he'll scan them and return them to you. Send an Email for details. If you can't seem to get the alumni form to work, just send the same information to CV Alumni Webmaster.
One last note: like anything you put on a webpage, search engines like Google can find it. That means if you put your home phone number down, somebody looking for your name can know what it is. The same thing with a detailed address. However, you MUST submit SOME WAY for alumni to contact you, such as an Email address. It's sometimes nice to put the state down too, just so we can picture you in our minds as we hear weather reports of tornados, hurricanes, 12 foot snowfalls, and we're here on the west coast. We are not connected directly with the reunion committees. We don't send them your address. Send it to them directly. On the other hand, the first place reunion committees look these days is on these webpages to get people's Email addresses for contact. We're happy to provide that service.

Please note that this is the alumni page for Crescenta Valley High School, in La Crescenta, California. We've had people send in submissions from other schools with the initials CVHS (Central Valley, Clayton Valley, etc.) and wondered why we couldn't find their senior picture.
